This is really ticking me off. This site will not

I finally get to the third part and I got the file in there. I then go to continue and click the button...The bar goes blank and tells me that I have to put in a file. I repeat this about eight times with different variations, hoping to figure it out and it still won't let me post my art. I as very pissed right now.
